Our UPS maintenance packages have no hidden cost and are flexible to meet your demands. We will keep your emergency lighting, telecom, utility and UPS systems running at maximum efficiency through our regular preventative maintenance schedule – prevention is not only better than cure, but considerably less expensive.
Depending on the cover you choose, we will be onsite in 4 hours, 8 hours or the next business day to help. Identifying the issues, whether it is emergency standby batteries or a UPS component fault we will isolate and correct the situation quickly. Information gathered from our Powercare Inspections will allows us to have parts ready to go to site if needed.

Included with our UPS maintenance:
- BCL Power engineer attending faults withing the chosen response time
- 24 Hour Technical Helpline for advice including escalation numbers, if alarms cannot be cleared over the phone
- 1 x Service visit per year including reports
- Maintenance Acceptance Test (MAT)
- Unlimited call outs to any site within the maintenance period
- Temporary fixes
- Parts to fix the UPS systems if available

Maintenance Acceptance Test (MAT)
The UPS maintenance acceptance test (MAT) will take place during normal working hours and all findings will be reported back. The cost of any labour and parts required for the replacement of batteries or UPS systems is not included in the maintenance costs and will be chargeable. The cost of any labour required for the MAT to take place outside of normal working hours will be chargeable.
All parts and any costs associated with additional calls required to implement repairs/upgrades arising from the pre-contract inspection will be charged separately. No UPS will be taken under contract by Brett until it is fully operational and in line with the technical guideline issued by the manufacturer. Any UPS that has not been covered by a BCL Power contract in the last 3 months will require a pre-contract inspection by an approved engineer.
